6/17/2019 The USCG Office of Commercial Vessel Compliance has issued Change 2 to CVC-WI-010(2) OCMI Guidance on Special Consideration for 46 CFR Subchapter M Vessels.
They have added language related to navigation lights and shapes. We are presently reviewing the added language and will provide TVIB specific feedback in the coming days.
