The Annual Survey of Towing Vessels course (3 day course) is open to TVIB members and non-members alike. It has been designed to teach Subchapter M Annual Survey skills and knowledge to those who will be performing surveys as a part of an internal survey program, as well as those who wish to hold the TVIB Certified Annual Surveyor credential to perform external surveys for TVIB. The course includes an online pre-course portion that MUST be completed prior to attending class.
