DESCRIPTION:Join us on January 30\, 2025\, for the bi-monthly “TVIB Talks\,” an opportunity for TVIB staff to share the latest developments\, issues\, and trends related to Subchapter M. Moreover\, TVIB Members\, including TPO Customers and their staff\, along with TVIB Certified Auditors and Surveyors\, can participate in the conversation\, discussing the information presented and sharing topics of interest to them. \nThese one-hour sessions will occur bi-monthly on the fourth Thursday\, beginning at 2:00 pm. TVIB Talks will be open to all TVIB Members\, and registration is available on the TVIB Portal. Let’s interact with our members better through this exciting medium. \n  \n  \nThis session’s topics of discussion: \nWhat steps to take when the COI will expire while the vessel is in drydock or undergoing maintenance \n  \nThe upcoming TVIB Talks will provide vessel operators and surveyors with guidance on managing an expiring COI while a vessel is out of service due to being in drydock or undergoing other maintenance and planning the reissuance one vessel is ready to return to service. \n  \nSpecifically\, we will provide guidance on the following aspects: \n\nWhen and what should I communicate to TVIB\nWhen and what should I communicate to the OCMI\nManaging the COI’s Year 5 Annual Survey\nHow to manage and expired COI from a Findings perspective\nActions to take once COI renewed\n\n  \n  \nPlease contact info@thetvib.org with any questions regarding the event.
